Hello all,

Back in the business of meeting organization :-). - I would like to specifically draw your attention to the request for presentations related to: “the expanding role of computational modeling in basic science”. As you can see, this is a highly interdisciplinary meeting providing participants the opportunity to explore issues of science, public policy, culture and even art very broadly. Participation is not limited to those in the western United States, but Ashland is easy to get to from the major west coast cities, and I would love to have representation from the comp neuroscience community. The meeting is especially tailored to student participation, graduate and undergraduate.

Very best regards and I hope to see some of you in Ashland this June.

Jim Bower
