[Comp-neuro] Position in computational neuroanatomy at the Allen Institute

Dear comp-neuro list members,

We are seeking a scientist to work on the analysis of large scale electron microscopy datasets and to investigate the relationship between structure and function of cortical networks.
The scientist will be an essential member of the Neural Coding team studying the relationship between neural circuits and neural dynamics by combining in vivo functional imaging with ex vivo state of the art Electron Microscopy in the visual cortex of mice.
