[Comp-neuro] XPPAUT 8.0

I am happy to announce that the new version of XPPAUT is now available for download at:


http://www.math.pitt.edu/~bard/xpp/xpp.html


The new version uses the most recent version of AUTO and allows for much better two-parameter continuation of periodic and homoclinic orbits. In addition there are dozens of new command line options and support for CUDA code.
