Please note that *IT IS REQUIRED THAT ONE OF THE AUTHORS REGISTERS FOR THE
MEETING BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ABSTARCT*.
In the case that the abstract is not accepted for presentation, the
registration fee will be refunded.

submission

The main meeting (July 14 - 16, 2013) will be preceded by a day of
tutorials (July 13) and followed by two days of workshops (July 17-18).
