[Comp-neuro] Version 5.3 of NeuroMorpho.Org

[NeuroMorpho Administrator]

Version 5.3 of NeuroMorpho.Org was released on 8 Nov, 2011 which included
the addition of 618 new reconstructions to the database and miscellaneous
improvements to certain functionalities. The following is a quick overview
of the data in NeuroMorpho.Org at v5.3.

Also, soma representation in all standardized morphology (CNG.swc) files
has been modified from a sphere to a cylinder. Visit the What's new page (
