> Senior Editor Positions Available 
> The International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR) has a vacancy for two senior editors for the Journal of Neurotherapy.
> We are seeking two senior editors who are qualified and experienced in the broad field of applied neuroscience and neuromodulation evidenced by a publication list with relevant articles. We are specifically seeking one editor from the US and one international editor. Both senior editors should work closely together to maintain a high scientific quality of the Journal and promote the Journal further as the Journal for the field of applied neuroscience and neuromodulation techniques. We hope to have the two editors positioned as reviewers for volume 15, which is currently under review.
> Below a specific overview of the required qualifications and duties can be found: 
> Qualifications:
> i.          University or hospital affiliation
> ii.         Well published
> iii.        Reviewer experience
> Qualifications include a record of significant scholarly achievement; familiarity with the literature in the field, clinical research design, and basic concepts of statistics and ethics of research; administrative and editorial skills, including familiarity with online peer review systems; capacity for detail work; understanding of the international community of scholars and practitioners; and strong interpersonal skills. The Senior Editor position must possess the energy and vision to sustain and further develop the Journal as a leading interdisciplinary forum in neuromodulation, delivering timely and accurate information to all neuromodulatory disciplines. An honorarium is paid directly to the Senior Editor in recognition of the time and effort involved in this position.
> Duties
> i.          Editor to 4 issues per year, 480 pages
> ii.         Oversee blinded peer-review process
> iii.        Solicit manuscripts within all relevant scientific   communities
> The Senior Editors oversee the journal's peer review process in collaboration with the journal's managing editor and are responsible for the content and quality of each issue. The Senior Editors work to maintain JN editorial policies and procedures and establish new policies as appropriate to reflect relevant changes in science, clinical practice, and medical and psychological publishing. In collaboration with the ISNR Board of Directors, the Senior Editors define and update the aims and scope of the Journal, in order to further enhance its relevance, usage, indexing and Impact Factor. They should uphold and enhance the Journal's educational mission, editorial quality, and reputation for meaningful scholarship and encourage and solicit the submission of relevant, original, high-quality manuscripts for the Journal and act as its ambassador as appropriate.
